  • Drink plenty of water- If you've heard it once, you've heard it 1000 times, drink water! Yes, while that is completely true, don't forget to also stop eating & drinking as much of the things that dehydrate your body also. I find that it helps me to have either a water bottle with a straw or one with the lines & times of day to keep me on track!


  • Protect your lips from sun damage- sun exposure and damage dries out skin very fast and it can take longer to repair. My favorite lip protectant also moisturizes my lips while I wear it! Check out the Perfect Lip Balm with 30 SPF sunscreen here or the image below


  • Use lip moisturizing products- hydrated lips not only feel better, but they look better too! Hydrated lips can wear lip color longer and it applies more smoothly too!
