5 Winter Skincare Tips for 2022
- Cleanse your skin every day, twice a day. Using your favorite cleanser, washing your face daily is important. The morning cleanse removes any dead skin, dirt or oils accumulated overnight. The evening cleanse (after removing make-up) removes environmental impurities, dirt and dead skin from the day. These are my recommendations: Dream Clean, Quench Cleanse, Midnight Oil Cleanser or Power Start Face & Body Wash

- Use a face mask 2 to 4 times per week. Depending on your skin type (find yours here) you can use a face mask on your skin multiple times a week. These treatments will give you skin a deep clean, buff off old skin, balance skin and help bring your glow out! These are my recommendations: Skin Polish, Masque or Zen, or Glowing Green Toner Pads

- Use serums and facial oils daily. Adding this step to your skincare routine will add a variety of benefits to you skin. Depending on the serum you can fight the effects of aging, brighten your skin, sooth your inflamed skin, moisturize or hydrate. Serums are the secret to improving the look and feel of your skin.
