5 Success Tips for New LimeLife Beauty Guides

 Are you a new Beauty Guide or a seasoned one who is looking for some ideas to get your business back on track? I have been in direct sales for over 5 years and with LimeLife by Alcone since December of 2020. I love direct sales and the community I have found with in that world. 







My top 5 Success Tips are....

  1. Download AND USE the LimeLife Grow App & LimeLife Goals App! These apps are really useful tools to get you started on the path to success. The Grow App holds all LimeLife announcements for Beauty Guides and some new features of getting notifications from our up-line! There are also sharable graphics with links that you that share on social media and over text messages that are trackable too. The Goals App is very helpful to make and track monthly goals. This app also contains customer order information and reminders to send to customers for refills!

  2. Tell your friends and family that you are offering a FREE skin consultation that includes skincare and foundation matching. These people already know you so they are likely going to be some of your biggest supporters, but don't be spammy. If you tell them you are offering something for free, make sure you deliver what you offer. I have two individual Google forms for skincare & foundation samples for those customers who are looking for just one or the other.

  3. Share your LimeLifer referral link with your community and then show them how to share theirs! Having your new customers use your link will allow you to earn LimeLifer Rewards for product credits. Then you can show your customers and community how to make a customer account and share their LimeLifer links with their friends. This will build your community and help you meet new people. 


  4. Attend all the workshops that LimeLife offers. These trainings are full of knowledge and experience from Beauty Guides who have already been where you are now. They share what has worked or not worked best for them and their teams. On top of it all, these men and women are powerful resources for any questions you have!


  5. Stay in your lane. You will see Beauty Guides in all different parts of their success journey. Some of these men and women have been in direct sales or LimeLife for years. Don't compare your beginning with someone else's middle. Do the work and the things you are good at until you've mastered them, then add more tasks and systems when you are ready. You can do all the things you want to do, but not all at once. Take your time and give yourself grace.
